At Simply Essentials Body Co., we strive to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfying as our artisanal soaps. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Processing Time:

Orders typically ship after a 2- 5 day processing period plus shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 Return Policy

At Simply Essentials, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted soaps, body oils, body butters, and other natural products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order or receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you and resolve any concerns. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Simply Essentials.

Shipping Options:

Express Shipping: For faster delivery, select express shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within The United States, International shipping options will be available soon.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delayed Delivery:

Occasionally, standard delivery may exceed the expected 5 to 8 business days. If your tracking shows a ‘delayed’ status and your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us at simplyessentialssoap@gmail.com. We’ll initiate an investigation with the courier.

Incorrect Address:

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately with the correct address. If it has already shipped, you may still redirect it via the USPS tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

• Note: We cannot retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
